Maastricht Booking Service takes care of your reservation down to the smallest detail. We can provide you with advise on your choice of hotel, restaurant or means of transportation, we will carry out the reservation and will provide for the financial settlement in a desirable way: quick and efficient! Maastricht Booking Service offers this mediation completely free of charge. In order to be able to meet the specific demands of all guests, some conditions have been drawn up.
Reservation and cancellation of hotel rooms
You can click on the event concerned on the calendar to make your on-line reservations directly.
- Individual reservations (up to 9 rooms)
You can make this reservation yourself by selecting "Hotel room reservations". Make sure to keep your credit card number on hand. When the reservation has been made, you will immediately receive a confirmation by e-mail. This e-mail also contains your pass code which is needed in case the reservation needs to be altered.
The hotel is authorized to charge you in case of cancellation. If the hotel does not charge you any cancellation costs, Maastricht Booking Service will charge € 35.
For cancellations within 48 hours prior to arrival, the hotel is authorized to charge you for one night. For the record: our website is fully secured, so your credit card data will be processed in our reservation system in a secure environment.
- Group reservations (as of 10 rooms)
If you would like to make reservations for at least 10 rooms per night, you can send your demand by e-mail to mbs@mecc.nl. We will send you a hotel reservation form, which you are requested to fill out and return to us, accompanied with a specification of the required rooms. Selecting Hotel Room Reservations on the calendar will enable you to find out per event which hotels we offer and at what reduced rates. The confirmation of your group reservation will be sent together with a summary of the cancellation conditions and payment conditions..
