Exhibitor Registration

For exhibit space availability, please contact WQA’s convention department at +1 630 505 0160 or e-mail.

How is exhibit space assigned?
Exhibit space assignments are made in accordance with the WQA priority list system. For further questions contact WQA’s convention department at +1 630 505 0160 or e-mail.

Download the stand application form here (in pdf).

How can I find out my priority standing?
To see a list of priority standings visit the WQA website.

What is the deadline to take advantage of my priority standing?
September 2, 2005.

What is included in the fee for the exhibit space?
A back wall and side dividers constructed of pipe and drape are included, as well as a one line company identification sign. All other exhibit space furnishings, such as carpet, chairs, tables, etc. are up to the individual exhibitor.

What is pipe and drape?
Pipe and drape means a back wall of the exhibit space 8 feet high and 10 feet long (for a 10' x 10' space) consisting of alternating panels of colored fabric and a 36" high side divider separating each exhibitor (similar to a curtain rod with curtain drapery).

How can I find out the cost of exhibit space furnishings and other services such as electric power, water, etc.?
This information is included in the Exhibitor Manual which is provided to all exhibiting companies who have returned their signed contract and paid their exhibiting fees. The manual will be available after January 1, 2006.

How do I register my booth personnel? Is there a charge?
All persons working in your booth must be registered. Each exhibitor is allotted three (3) booth personnel badges for each 10' x 10' exhibit space at no charge. Registration details will be available in September.

Exhibitor personnel must have a badge and an exhibitor ribbon to enter the hall on show days prior to exhibit hours.

I have setup/teardown booth personnel. Do I need to pay for a badge for their entrance to the hall?
Personnel involved only in the setup and teardown of a booth will be given identification badges from the show registration desk.

When can I expect to receive my credentials (registration badge packet)?
Registration badges will be mailed to all exhibitors who are preregistered. Mailing of badge credentials will begin the first week of March. Exhibitors who register after the preregistration date may pick up their credentials on site at the show registration desk located.
